If you don't have a printer, just print the same information on a piece of paper. Send the registration form along with your check or postal money order made out to "John Brochu" in the amount of $20 (US funds only, please) to:

Within 14 days you will receive by return mail your registration letter and disk.
If you're applying for a site license (5 or more users only, please), enter the number of users at the left, and enclose payment in the amount of $10 per user. The total amount will be indicated on the registration form.
